Within a short distance of Chitterley Business Centre, is the village of Silverton which has a convenience store. Also close by is the scenic village of Bickleigh, which is well known for the historical bridge that crosses the River Exe, and also Bickleigh Castle.
The Market Town of Tiverton is a ten minute drive, while the City of Exeter is fifteen minutes away. All transport needs are very close and include the M5, main South West to London railway, and also Exeter Airport.
